Vincent Fasciano

FASCIANO, Vincent, 85, on Thursday, June 29, 2016 of Upper Saddle River. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth (nee Lanza). Devoted father of Saverio V. Fasciano and Lucretia Laino and her husband Michael A. Dear brother of Michael Fasciano and his wife Lena: the late Anthony and his wife Kathleen. Loving grandfather of Nicolas Laino. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Born in Bari, Italy, Vincent came to Hoboken in 1937 and lived in Union City, Washington Twp. and Montvale before moving to Upper Saddle River in 2009. He founded Hackensack Steel in 1963, and then later founded Vincent Iron & Steel in Carlstadt. Vincent served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Washington Twp. Visitation at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood on Friday, 4-8 pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday from Our Lady of Good Counsel at 9:30 am. Entombment will follow at Garden of Memories.
