Angelina Ali Brancati

Angelina (Ali) Brancati, 90, of Rocky Hill, wife of the late Rocco Brancati, died Sunday, November 14 at a local convalescent home. Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Sebastiano and Concetta (Gilberto) Ali and lived in Rocky Hill for many years. Prior to her retirement she was employed by Veeder-Root for twenty years. She was a member of the Rocky Hill Senior Citizens and the South End Ladies Democratic Club. She is survived by her son, John Brancati of Rocky Hill, her daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen A. and Richard Montovani of Ellington, her grandchildren, Michael Montovani, Matthew Montovani and his wife Kelly, Ali Brancati, Rocco Brancati and Emily Brancati and her great grandchildren, Alberto, Samuel and Christopher. She was predeceased by her sisters Pauline Cyr and Letria Libutti.

The funeral is Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. from the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. James Church, Rocky Hill. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford. The family will receive relatives and friends TODAY from 4-7:30 p.m. at the funeral chapel.
