

Anita Marie Vieth, 63, of Manchester, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2018 with her family by her side. Anita was born on March 14, 1955 in Hartford and was the daughter of the late John and Helen Mary (Pych) Serignese. Anita was very passionate about antiques and turned that love into Cousins Antiques, which she owned and operated for many years. Her most coveted time was when she was with her grandchildren. She was an extremely diverse woman, she loved to garden, travel, work on jigsaw puzzles, attend auctions and watched several cooking channels, which went along with her love of entertaining. She was also a very wise woman, an excellent listener and always offered kind words of understanding and support. Anita leaves behind her loving partner, Ed Belanger; her beloved son, Christopher Vieth and his wife Kelly of Vernon; her adored grandchildren, Kaylee and Kellen Vieth; her sisters, Cynthia Milewski and her husband David of Bristol, Chrissy Lawrence of Newington and Linda Washburn of Westbrook; her nieces and nephews, Katharine Washburn, Tracy Sabella and her husband Fabio, Dennis Milewski, Kevin Milewski and Kelley Lawrence. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her niece, Emily Lawrence.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday (April 19) from 5-7 p.m. at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Boulevard, Wethersfield. A Memorial Service will take place on Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral chapel. Burial will immediately follow at Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
