Connie and Oliver Mellen were two of my favorite people at the First Church of Christ in Wethersfield! They were both wonderful, artistic, and creative people - a real blessing to me and to so many of us! They were so supportive of the arts and music. It was wonderful to see Connie and Nancy at the Albert Schweitzer Organ Festival Concert at Trinity College a few weeks ago - both were so beautiful and vibrant! Connie touched so many lives and will be greatly missed. Her memory is a blessing. My condolences to the entire Mellen family.

What a great lady! She and Oliver were both amazing people, and the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Elaine and Nancy, you are terrific too! My thoughts are with you...wish I could be there...

I will never forget gma Connie at Jess and Jamie’s wedding in Jamaica. She floated down the path to the beach and exclaimed “I’m all for this destination wedding thing”. A truly wonderful woman. So blessed to become a part of her family.
