Deborah Anne (Bagley) Perkins, 57, of Manchester and formerly of East Hartford, loving wife for over 20 years of Leonard Bruce Perkins, Jr., peacefully journeyed Home on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Hartford Hospital. Born in Hartford on August 23, 1957 she resided in East Hartford prior to moving to Manchester over 20 years ago. She was a graduate of East Hartford High School, Class of 1976 and was employed by Century Color Labs, East Hartford where she was a Technician. Deborah Anne loved photography and taking pictures of her family, especially her grandchildren and her cat. She also enjoyed baking and was known for her Banana Breads. Along with her beloved husband, she is survived by her mother, Marion ""Gram"" (O'Brien) Asaro of Windsor Locks; her father, Harry ""Bud"" Parker Bagley, Jr. and his wife, Eugenie, of Ashford; her devoted daughter, Malynda ""Mindy"" Smith and her husband, Aric, of Manchester; and two endeared grandchildren, Dustin Parker Smith and Samantha Lynn Smith both of Manchester. She also leaves a special sister, Victoria Fortier and her husband, Paul, of Windsor Locks and their daughter, Paige Fortier; her father-in-law, Leonard B. Perkins, Sr. of New Hampshire; two step-sons, Christopher Thomas Perkins and Jonathan Bruce Perkins both of Bristol; two step-brothers, Thomas A. Asaro, and Angelo ""Andy"" Asaro and his wife, Barbara, all of Rocky Hill; a step-sister, Judith L. Finch and her husband, Steven, of Wethersfield; several other nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Funeral service will be Saturday (October 4th) with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 11 am at the Cathedral of St. Joseph, 140 Farmington Avenue, Hartford. (Everyone is asked to please go directly to the Cathedral on Saturday morning and wear bright cheerful colors to honor Deborah Anne). Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park, (Section 25), Elm Street, Rocky Hill. Relatives and friends may call at the D'Esopo-East Hartford Memorial Chapel, 30 Carter Street, East Hartford on Friday (October 3rd) from 4-7 pm.
