Many times I visited Diana and her family when I was young. Always a warm greeting at the door, fun conversation inside, great food at the table and love all around which permeated the home where she lived.  Her family ALWAYS welcomed outsiders to their table.  Once a game of fumble in a  backyard snowstorm with her and my brothers.  Can't remember who won we were having so much fun. When I visited in PA., again warm greetings, great food and love. She is a sweetheart, always interested in what I was doing, not so much telling me what she was doing. A beautiful soul and person.  She was my big sister for a short time.  Just knowing her had made my life better.  

I too am an AV technician. I worked with her on many events, the most memorable was at the Marriott in Chicago on Michigan Ave. I would go to the staff office to check on our VIPs and Diana's laptop was always in screensaver mode. The photo montages would always be up of her cat either a crazy pose or well wearing an outfit. Her energy and attention to detail will be missed.

To the family of Diana,
I am an audiovisual technician who worked with Diana on several occasions when we were hired to be on the same events. I remember 2 particular meetings (in the last 2 years) where I sat at a registration desk with her for 8 hours straight catching up on random things. She would always have me troubleshoot her phone and laptop and ask for tech recommendations when it came to her looking to buy something like a new printer. She was so kind and made me feel awesome whenever I was able to help her out with something like that. I really enjoyed those days I spent with her onsite for jobs, and was deeply saddened to hear this news that came suddenly to me. Diana was a gem of a lady and I will think of her often.

Dear Mike, I was so sorry to read of Diane's passing.  It seems that not long ago, I sent you condolences on your mother's passing.  I remember your whole family on Cottage Grove Road while visiting my aunt and uncle, Ethel and Bob Giunta.  Your family always made me feel like I was part of your family and I remember you and your sister well.  Please accept my condolences!

I was deeply saddened to hear of Diane's passing. My sincere condolences to her entire family. We were good friends in high school. I will always remember her as the wonderful person that she was.
