Donna M. DiLorenzo

Donna M. (Vasquez) DiLorenzo, 63, of Rocky Hill, beloved wife of the late Anthony DiLorenzo, died peacefully Friday June 1, 2018 surrounded by family at Hartford Hospital. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Piscelli) Vasquez. She attended Wethersfield High School and later resided in Rocky Hill for over 30 years. Donna was a devoted employee of Hartford Hospital for over 25 years. She will be missed dearly. Donna is survived by her son Matthew and his wife Samantha and her two granddaughters, Lilliana and Harper; her longtime partner Michael Robinson; her sister Cynthia Lefebvre; her nephew Andrew Lefebvre and his wife Erin; her brother Gary Vasquez and her nephews Carter and Garrett Vasquez; her father-in-law Thomas DiLorenzo, her brother-in-law Thomas DiLorenzo, Jr. as well as many friends and colleagues. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her mother-in-law Madlyn DiLorenzo. The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. David Underhill as well as the doctors, physician assistants, nurses and staff at Hartford Hospital for their amazing compassion and care in her final days. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday June 6th at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Parish at Corpus Christi Church, 601 Silas Deane Highway, Wethersfield. Everyone is asked to please go directly to the church. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill.
