Donna Andrea Lowe, 70, of Hartford, beloved daughter of the late Arnold and Frances (Engel) Lowe passed away peacefully on September 17, 2026 at her residence. Donna was born on October 10, 1955, in Hartford. She grew up in Hartford having attended Hartford Schools. Donna loved listening to her favorite music on the radio or watching tv. These were simple interests that brought Donna great enjoyment. She especially enjoyed her Dunkin Donuts coffee, to her there was no other coffee. Donna met each day with strength, grace and kindness, she will be missed by all who knew her. Especially her brother David Engel and his wife Margaret of Southington and her nieces and nephews.
