
Eleanor (Kimball) Sirois, of Clearwater, Florida, formerly of Hartford, passed away suddenly on Thursday, (February 15, 2007). Her 86 years were filled with warmth and love for the family and friends she shepherded and adored. Born in Gallway, New York, she was the daughter of the late Valda Kimball and Ruth Smith. She is survived by her only sister, Agnes ""Ruth"" Smith of Clearwater, Fla. For 25 years, she worked downtown at Connecticut Bank & Trust. She will be deeply missed by her children she had with her late husband, Adam ? Annette Sirois of Clearwater, Fla.; Francis Sirois and his wife Marsha of St. Petersburg, Fla., Ronald Sirois and his wife Phyllis of Windsor, and Robert Sirois of Westfield, Ma. Known affectionately as ""Gram,"" her memory will forever live in her grandchildren, Kimberlee Pita and husband Paul of Rocky Hill; Christopher Sirois of Orlando, Fla; Kelly Sirois of Phoenix, AZ; Eric Sirois of Denver, Co.; Christopher Sirois and his wife Christine of Enfield; and Ryan Sirois and his fiancé Karen Ross of Wethersfield. She was blessed with four great-grandchildren, Katie, Adam, Jordan and Alexandra who loved visiting her during the summer months on Clinton Beach, where she found peace on the back porch reading her morning newspaper. Her most favorite joys were gardening, reading, writing letters and being surrounded by family, especially on the Fourth of July. Her love for life, special notes and phone calls held the entire family together. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 20th at 9 a.m. from the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield, with a Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m. in St. Lawrence O'Toole Church, 494 New Britain Avenue, Hartford. The burial will be at Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield, where she will join her late husband.
