Harry J. Sprouse, Sr., 73, of Hartford, husband of Leyda (Rodriguez) Sprouse, died Wednesday, (October 1, 2008), at Hartford Hospital. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and was retired from HUD. Besides his wife he is survived by his sons, Douglas, Harry Jr. and Ruben and a daughter, Sandra, as well as five grandchildren, Kayla, Noah, Veronica, Dante and Madison. Calling hours are Sunday from 12-2 p.m. followed by a prayer service at 2 p.m. at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd, Wethersfield.
