Kim M. (Maulucci) McKeown, 64, of Enfield, beloved wife for 21 years of Thomas McKeown, passed away peacefully at home with her loving family by her side on Thursday, February 5, 2026. Born in Hartford on October 16, 1961, she was the daughter of Richard and Beverly (Monroe) Maulucci of Wethersfield. Kim was a graduate of Wethersfield High School and worked as a bartender in several different bars in Hartford, Brother Bones Café, Airport Road Café, Park Place Café and Cathy’s Arena, where she was beloved by her customers and co-workers. She enjoyed shopping and vacations, especially to St. Thomas, where she and Tom got married. Kim was a proud AKC Rottweiler breeder who loved her dogs. She cherished time spent with her family, but her greatest joy was being a mother and grandmother. Kim had nicknames for Tom and her kids; Tom was her “Scooby”, Brittney was “Her Peanut”, Alan was “LA Cool Breeze” and Catherine was “My Mean Girl.”
In addition to her husband Tom, Kim will be forever missed by her three children, Alan Miller and wife Alyssa Charland of South Carolina, Catherine Miller and husband Angel Ortiz, who Kim called “Her Angel” of Wethersfield and Brittney Miller and husband Vincent Baskerville of Vernon; her grandchildren, Arianna Nieves, Anthony DeRosa and Haven Miller, as well as many more adored grandchildren and three cherished great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Richard Maulucci of North Carolina; her sister, Donna Maulucci and wife Kathleen Maulucci of Arizona and two nephews, Brian and Kyle Maulucci, as well as many extended family members and friends. She was sadly predeceased by her beloved daughter, Cassey Maulucci and her grandson, Jason Maulucci. Kim’s family wishes to thank all her friends and loved ones who showered her with love and prayers through all of this. Extra special thanks to Tom for loving Kim so much and for taking such good care of her, the children and grandchildren their whole lives.
