Laura Lee (MacIntyre) DiCioccio

She was born to the late Fobert F. and Gladys H. MacIntyre and raised in Anaheim, CA. Laura was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend who lived a life of warmth, devotion, and had a quiet, creative spirit.

Laura is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Robert P. DiCioccio, her daughter Elizabeth, her sister Barbara Palmer of Idaho, her precious and cherished granddaughters, Riley, Alexis and Aria and many nieces and nephews.

Laura dedicated her life to caring for her family and brought beauty into the world through everything she touched. She was perhaps best known for her lifelong passion for needlepoint. She was rarely seen without a canvas in her hands and a basket of vibrant threads by her side. To Laura needlepoint was more than just a hobby- it was a way to weave her love, and patience into lasting treasures. Her family and friends will forever cherish the holiday framed pieces she meticulously crafter, each stitch a testament to her enduring love.

The family would like to thank the dedicated staff and caregivers at NHC Healthcare-Bluffton and Agape Hospice Care for their compassionate and specialized care for Laura's healthcare needs.

A graveside service for Laura will be held at Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery, 1 Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield, CT 06002, US, on October 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. All are asked to gather directly at the cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
