Lucille Cookie"" (Gramegna) Santos

Lucille ""Cookie"" (Gramegna) Santos, 69, of Westbrook, formerly of Wethersfield, beloved and devoted wife of Lionel ""Leo"" Santos for 48 years, passed away peacefully Monday, December 7, 2015 at home with her loving family by her side. Born in Hartford on February 16, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Michael Gramegna and Lucy (Maulucci) Gramegna. She was the Vice President of CGS Services, was the office manager of Accustaff and retired from Randstad Staffing Company. Lucille loved spending time at her second home in Naples, FL. She will be dearly missed by her family and many friends. Besides her husband she is survived by her two sons, Lionel ""Lee"" M. Santos and wife Mary (Carter) Santos of South Windsor and Steven T. Santos; her four beloved grandchildren, Dylan, Ryan, Cameron and Carter Santos; two sisters, Dolores Caruso and Jean Marino; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Edward and Maryjane Santos and many nieces and nephews, among them two special and dear nieces, Marsha Boschen and Sandra Dansereau. She was predeceased by her brother, Michael J. Gramegna and sister, Lorraine Valente. Friends and family of Lucille are invited to the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield on Friday from 8:15-9:15 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 a.m. at the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect St., Wethersfield.
