Luigi D'Alessandro

Luigi D’Alessandro, 69, of Hartford, beloved husband of Robin (Morgan) D’Alessandro for 30 years, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2011. He was born on September 17, 1942 in Naples, Italy, son of the late Vincenzo and Angela D’Alessandro. Prior to his retirement Luigi was employed by the Carlingswitch Company for over 30 years. Including his wife Robin, he is survived by his daughter, Melissa Rivera and her husband Hector of East Hartford; his two grandchildren, Hector E. Rivera and Joyce Rivera, both of East Hartford; his aunts, Connie Passaretti and Elena (Passaretti) Hotchkiss, both of Windsor; and his two nieces, Vanessa and Angie D’Alessandro, both of Hartford. Luigi will also be missed by his beloved dogs, Lucky and Choo-Choo and his cat, Spotzy. He was predeceased by his brother, Angelo D’Alessandro.

Funeral services will leave Saturday, September 24th at 9:15 a.m. from the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield for a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Luke’s Church, 66 Bolton Street, Hartford.
