

Margaret Rose Fago, 85, of Wethersfield, beloved wife of the late Anthony Fago, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. Margaret was born on November 1, 1937 in Hartford and was the daughter of the late Henry and Margaret (Cram) Clark. Margaret was involved in many of the town of Wethersfield sporting activities that her grandchildren participated in.
Margaret is survived by her seven loving children; Debbie Antonowich and her husband Ronnie of East Hartford, Mary Bronke and her husband Jonathan of Cheshire, Jeannie Fago of Marlborough, Kathy Scacca and her husband Charlie of Melrose , MA, Donna Glynn and her husband Lewis “Tutt” of Wethersfield, Anthony “Tony” Fago III and his wife Ivy of Andover and Michael Fago and his wife Laura of Old Saybrook. She also leaves her 16 beloved grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 1, at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Parish (Incarnation Church) 544 Prospect St., Wethersfield. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill. Family and friends may call on Wednesday May 31, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield.
