

Mary (Carpino) Pensiero, 86, of Rocky Hill, beloved wife of the late Rudolph Pensiero, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Mary was born in Hartford on December 31, 1931 and was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Mary (Monaco) Carpino. Mary worked for many years as a Medical Office Manager for UConn Health Center. Mary was deeply devoted to her Catholic Faith, and she enjoyed attending retreats at Holy Family Monastery. She was truly a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She leaves her sons, Michael Pensiero and his wife Marina, Paul Pensiero and his wife Linda, Steven Pensiero and his wife Kerrie. She also leaves her beloved grandchildren Daniel, Rudy, Emma and Nicholas and a great granddaughter, Eleanor. She also leaves her brothers Paul Carpino and his wife Lorrie, and Richard Carpino and his wife Moira. She was predeceased by her sisters Pauline Kosar, Salvatrice Mastronarde and Santina Cipolla and her brother John Carpino.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Helena Church, 30 Echo Lane, West Hartford. Everyone is asked to meet directly at church. Burial will immediately follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill.
