Stuart O. Phelps, 71, of Wethersfield, died Tuesday, (January 23, 2007). He was born in Woodsville, New Hampshire, son of the late Harold and Carrie (Hardy) Phelps and had lived in the area most of his life. He retired from Northeast Utilities after many years of service. He leaves his brothers, Frank C. Phelps of NC and Paul H. Phelps of Hartford; and two special friends, Julie and Rick. Funeral services will be on Friday at 11a.m. at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd. Wethersfield. Burial will be private.
