Thomas Allen Guerriero

Thomas Allen Guerriero, “Tag”, 60, of Cromwell, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 8, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Born on June 17, 1957 in Hartford, he was the only child of Christine (Sitaro) Guerriero and the late Sebastian Thomas Guerriero. Although born with cerebal palsy, Tag was able to live at home his entire life, cared for by his family, especially his mother, and his Aunt Rose who predeceased him. Tag brought so much joy, love and laughter to everyone he knew. He touched the lives of many and he will be deeply missed my all those who loved him. Though confined by the limitations of his human body in this life, he is now free to shine in the next. In addition to his mother, Tag is survived by his cousins and many devoted friends and caretakers. Tag’s family is forever grateful to the doctors and staff at Middlesex Hospital Hospice Care for their dedicated care and compassion. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 9 to 11 a.m. with a memorial service for Tag at 11 a.m. at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Boulevard, Wethersfield. Burial will immediately follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park, Elm Street in Rocky Hill.
