Victoria L. Perez-Ramos, 19, of Wethersfield, left us too soon on June 4, 2026. She was born on November 21, 2006, in Hartford to Brenda Elizabeth Ramos and Angel Lee Perez. Victoria was a young woman of quiet strength and unfettered potential. In her 19 years, she touched the lives of everyone around her with her unassuming demeanor and her deep love for service to others and animals. She graduated from Wethersfield High School in 2024 and then continued her vocational training at Lincoln Tech for Medical / Clinical Assistant training, graduating in 2025.
Upon graduation, Victoria gained employment at Hartford Hospital and Medi-Weightloss. Victoria’s dream was to study radiology and to become a ultrasound technician. Outside of work, she enjoyed immersing herself in nature, going for hikes and she could often be found playing with her pets and spending time with her family and friends. She loved listening to music, taking care of her plants, and enjoyed being an “Uber” driver for her friends. Victoria had a gift for interior decorating and playing host (thank you Grandma Loida) and she had a smile that would heal one’s soul. Those who knew her knew they were in the presence of someone truly special.
She is survived by her parents, Brenda Elizabeth Ramos and Angel Lee Perez; grandparents, Loida Ruth Ramos and Miriam Cedeno and by a large and loving extended family, including many aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as a wide circle of cherished friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Eliseo Ramos.
A memorial service and funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 16, at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Boulevard, Wethersfield. Public viewing will be from 10:15 a.m.-11a.m. with a service at 11 a.m. The procession to Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in Victoria’s name to the Connecticut Humane Society or The Women’s Advancement Initiative at the University of Hartford. Victoria leaves behind a piece of herself in everyone she loved. She will be forever missed and never forgotten.
