She was born June 26, 1951, in Bremerton, Washington and was the daughter of the late Richard M. and Marjorie H. (Mottner) Dill.
She is survived by her husband, Robert A. Harris of Mt. Sidney; a daughter, Pamela Rankin (Michael) of Staunton; a son, Joseph Harris of Mt. Sidney; and two grandchildren, Austin Harris and Teeghan Rankin.
Honoring her wishes she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
