Brenda Gros Alleman

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed. She worked for the Diocese of Baton Rouge for over 16 years. She enjoyed painting and spending time with her family especially her grandkids.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, Dennis J. Alleman; daughter, Amanda M. Alleman; son, Johnathon P. Alleman (Michelle); sister, Carol G. Landry (Danny); three brothers, Rickey Joseph Gros (Ginnie), Charles Micheal Gros and Steven Roland Gros; and three grandchildren, Caleb Micheal Alleman, Peyton Elizabeth Alleman and Brant Joseph Alleman.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and Carroll Gros; and sister, Vickey M. Gros.

The pallbearers will be Keith Pollet, Carol Gros, Jamie Hurry, T.J. Leonard, Danny Landry, Jr., Caleb Alleman, Braxton Landry and De’ Cote Terracina.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the nurses and staff at Bayou Home Care in Pierre Part for their loving care and compassion.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 1, 2023 for 9:30 am at Ourso Funeral Home in White Castle. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow for 11:00 am at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. Interment to follow at White Castle Mausoleum. Father Alec Sheldon and Deacon Randy Clement will be officiating.
