Cheryl Leonard Foose

Cheryl Leonard Foose passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at the age of 67. She was a native of White Castle and resident of Donaldsonville. Cheryl was born on September 10, 1954. Cheryl was a loving mother, wife, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, and going to the casino. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of fourteen years, Marshall Foose; two step daughters, Lynn Maguire and Michelle Ellsworth; one sister, Brenda Zito; one sister-in-law, Beverly Leonard; three nieces, Jaymee Ourso Burleigh, Alisha Ann Leonard, Courtney Zito Elliott,;one nephew, Barry "Joey" Joseph Leonard Jr., and numerous great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her son, Blake Michael Benoit; parents, Perkins and Ruby Leonard and two brothers, Wayne and Barry Sr. Leonard. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Ourso Funeral Home in White Castle from 9:30am until Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Prompt Succor at 11am.
