Ida Mae Albarado Pollet went to her eternal rest on December 2, 2017 at 10:50 am peacefully and surrounded by family. She was 87 and preceded in death by her husband Morris Joseph Pollet and is survived by her daughter, Joanne Pollet; son, Keith Pollet,Sr; two grandchildren, Keith Pollet,Jr. and Tyler Pollet; daughter in law, Robin Pollet and Larry Wallace; one sister Melva Landry; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Sidney Albarado and Camillia Cavalier Albarado Sanchez; 4 sisters, Vivian Albarado, Maude Boudreaux, Francis Boudreaux, and Odelia Mabile; 5 brothers, Clinton Albarado, Clifton Albarado, Wilson Albarado, Leroy Albarado, and Melvin Albarado. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 from 9:00 am until Mass of Christian Burial at noon at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in White Castle, Louisiana. Entombment in White Castle Mausoleum with her husband following funeral mass. Ourso Funeral Home in White Castle, in charge of arrangements.
