Anna Errico Volpe, 82, of the Whiting section of Manchester Twp., passed away peacefully on December 9, 2013 at the Green Knoll Health Care Center, Bridgewater. Early in life she was an office worker but mainly was a devoted homemaker to her family. Born in Newark, she resided in Newark, and Irvington, & Kenilworth for many years before moving to Brick, and finally to Whiting in 2002.
Anna is predeceased by her husband of 56 years, the late Rocco Volpe in 2011. She is survived by her children, Rocco Volpe, Jr., of Columbus, OH., Joanne Volpe of Bridgewater, and Michael Volpe & his wife Donna of Somerville. Anna is also survived by her grandchildren, Zack, Alec, Michael, Tommy and Kristen.
Friends may call on Thursday, from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Rd. Whiting, NJ 08759. There will be a Celebrant Service at 8pm. Committal will be private.
