Barbara Ann Hall

Barbara Tice Hall, passed away on Monday August 3, 2026. She was originally from Linden, NJ, then moved to Alabama where she worked for ES & S, supporting elections across our nation. After many years she decided to move back to NJ and spent her final days in Whiting NJ.

Barbara was an extremely compassionate individual who always put the needs of others before her own. She was an avid animal lover who loved spending time feeding squirrels, bird watching, and caring for anyone or anything in need. Barbara was also a passionate writer, publishing books, Klippo the Clown & Stories of Whimsy & Wonder.

Barb is preceded in death by her mother Leona Tice, father Russell Tice, brother Rusty & is survived by her son Ryan Tice, her sisters Cindy, Sherri & Misty.

Barbara will be missed by all and has decided to decline services. Please remember Barbara for her strong faith, strength, & loving nature.
