Ceola A Tranchita

Ceola was born July 10, 1950 to the late Raymond and Alice Giberson. On March 2, 1968 Ceola was united in marriage to the love of her life, Robert Tranchita.

Ceola was a homemaker her entire life and worked hard to raise her family. She knew how to appreciate the little things even if she had already experienced them a thousand times before. She enjoyed playing bingo, card games and also board games with many of her family and loved ones. Ceola taught strong values and the importance of family, faith, hard work, kindness, generosity, forgiveness, and love. She was a strong woman, stubborn, and had an amazing sense of humor. She will be greatly missed and will never be forgotten.

Ceola is survived by her husband Robert of 47 years; her daughters, Cynthia (Brian) Klister, Lisa (Jim) Hluchy and Amanda Tranchita; two granddaughters, April Dellner, Harley Fowler; two grandsons, Michael Hluchy, Eric Fowler; six sisters, Margaret (Fred) Goodman, Barbara O'Rourke, Rae Williams, Florence (Rodney) Koodray, Alice Giberson, Valerie (Mike) Dennis; two brothers, Baron (Trudy) Giberson and Raymond Giberson. She is also further survived by one sister-in-law Michele (Charlie) Barzydlo, two brother-in-laws, Jimmy (Donna) Tranchita, Russell Tranchita and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Ceola was also preceded in death by her brother, William Giberson, sister Beverly Giberson, mother-in-law, Mary Tranchita and father-in-law, Ignazio Tranchita.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, March 3, 2015 from 2 - 4pm and 6 - 8pm at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Road, Whiting, NJ 08759. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 11am at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to www.andersoncampbellwhiting.com.
