OBITUARY

Dorothy Breen

February 26, 1941February 1, 2020

Dorothy (Dottie) Ida Breen, 78, of the Whiting section of Manchester Twp., passed away on February 1, 2020. Early in life she worked as a Deli Clerk before becoming a Bakery Assistant, decorating and making all types of baking goods at the Bel Air Manor in Haskell, NJ for several years. She was an avid painter and was a member of the Ocean County Artist’s Guild. Dorothy was a very talented painter and was known for fine artwork. She loved the shore especially “walking the boards.” Dorothy also loved her family as well her dog “Foxxie.”

Born in Paterson, she resided in Passaic County most of her life coming to Whiting in 1990. She was predeceased by her partner of 37 years, Robert Berger. Dorothy is survived by her children, Mary Ann Scott and her husband Evan as well as Raymond Breen and his partner Nicholas Cokinos. Dorothy is also survived by her grandsons, Kyle and Eric Scott and her great grandchildren, Keagen, Braylon, Kailee and Brysun Scott.

Friends may call on Monday, February 10, from 4-8pm and Tuesday from 8:30-9:30am at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Rd. Whiting, NJ 08759. Funeral Services will be graveside at 11:30am from the Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery, 21-21 Maple Ave. Fair Lawn, NJ 07410
