Floyd was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and family man. He shared 46 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Marilyn. Family was the most important part of Floyd’s life, and he especially cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren. His love, guidance, and presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Floyd was the proud father of six children: Joseph Forman and his wife, Agnes; Jennifer Hendrickson and her husband, Adam; Monica Forman, who predeceased him; James Forman and his fiancée, Nicole; Karin Forman; and Debra Beiro and her husband, Jeremy.
Floyd was truly a jack of all trades. There wasn’t much he couldn’t figure out or find a way to fix. Whether it was working with his hands, solving a problem, or helping someone, Floyd always seemed to know what to do. He had a natural curiosity, a practical mind, and a determination to figure things out. His family knew they could count on him, and he was always willing to lend a hand. His ability to fix just about anything was one of the many things that made him so special and so loved.
Floyd had a passion for the simple pleasures in life. He loved antique cars and could spend hours admiring them. He enjoyed taking long car rides, with no particular destination necessary, simply enjoying the journey. He also loved boats and being on the water, where he found peace, happiness, and countless memories with the people he loved.
Above all, Floyd will be remembered for his love of his family. His grandchildren held a special place in his heart, and the memories they shared with their grandfather will be treasured forever.
Floyd leaves behind a lifetime of memories and a family who loved him dearly. Though he will be greatly missed, his love and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
Though he may no longer be here to fix what is broken, the love he gave and the memories he created will never need fixing—they will last forever.
