Francis Lillian Barton, 88, of Whiting, NJ passed away on January 15, 2020. Francis was born in Newark NJ. She loved her church, family & friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20, 2020 from 2:00-4:00pm. A mass will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 1:00pm at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 180 Route 539, Whiting, NJ. Entombment to follow at Ocean County Memorial Park Cemetery in Toms River, NJ.
