Recently heard the news; please accept my sympathies on the passing of your husband/father.  Even when I was a teenager, Fred requested to be called by his first name and we maintained our relationship on that basis for the short duration it was, when one considers the length of a life.  To this day, the memories linger and I'm sure that these have contributed to my existing as the person I am.  May you all, Lil (Mrs. Christ), Ray, and Ken enjoy much success in your lives, and while Fred is gone, the family he started remains firmly structured.

I was very sorry to hear of Fred's passing. He had a good long run. I learned a lot from him that I use to this day. I have many good memories of my scouting days in Troop 52. He was tough but fair. May memories sustain you all. We'll catch up at that final campfire down the road. Steve

My heart was broken to read that you had left us to be with the Angels. I am sure that you and Uncle Jack will soon be in charge of Gods heavenly soldiers.

I am so glad that you, Mom and I were able to keep in touch, that meant the world to me and I always passed on the messages to the boys.

I will always remember the good times.  And please give my Mom and Dad a big hello for me and the boys, I know they will be looking for you. I will alwys love and remember you. My deepest sympathy to Mom, Ray and Ken.

Fred touched many lives, from the scouts, to family and friends.He had the ability to take even the most mischievous scout and keep them out of trouble with his leadership. I will always remember the scouting adventures with Thomas, Ray and Kenny and memories we have.
Your legacy will lives on in all the lives you touched. 
Deepest sympathy to Aunt Lillian, Ray, Judy, Ken and Barb. Through this difficult time keep the memories and the fun times in mind because that is what Fred would tell you to do.

I always looked up to you, Uncle Fred and loved you very much.  You were very special to Alice and me.  I will miss you but Alice will be glad to see you.  My love and condolences to you Aunt Lil, Ray and Kenny.
