Marie Antoinette Talcott

Marie Antoinette nee Braud Talcott, 93, of the Whiting section of Manchester Twp., passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at the Community Medical Center, Toms River Twp., NJ. She was homemaker who later on became a Secretary at Union College in Cranford for 10 years, retiring in 1975. She loved volunteer work, was an avid reader who enjoyed the company of her friends. She was a congregant of the United Methodist Church throughout her life. Born in Bayonne, she resided in Manahawkin and Long Beach Island, before moving to the Pines @ Whiting.

Marie is predeceased by her husband of 45 years, the late Joseph Talcott (1999). She is also predeceased by a son, Robert Lee Talcott (1947), a daughter, Dori Claire Talcott (1958) and a daughter Donna Talcott (2012). Surviving are two sons, David Talcott & his wife Jeanne of Plan Dome Manor, NY., and Dean Talcott & his wife Linda of Fanwood, NJ. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Alex, Abby, and Claire. Arrangements were private and under the direction of Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Rd. Whiting, NJ.
