Raymond J Farissier

Whiting – RAYMOND J. FARISSIER passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. He was 94.

Born in Paterson, he lived in Waldwick before moving to Whiting 27 years ago.

Prior to retiring he was a truck driver for Sam Braen Construction Company.

He was an Army Veteran of WW II.

Mr. Farissier achieved the title of Master Mason with the Free & Accepted Masons Genesis Lodge # 88 of Pompton Lakes.

He is predeceased by a brother Frank Farissier.

Surviving is his wife Dorothy Morris Farissier. A son Michael and his wife Deborah of Freehold. A daughter RuthAnn Valentine and her husband Craig of Boca Raton, Fl. A step-son Glenn Morris and his wife Susan of Hewitt and a step-daughter Susan Walsh and her husband Marc of Little Egg Harbor. A sister Margaret Mc Closkey of Toms River. 5 Grand Children: Ryan, Raegan, Tim, Scott and Aidan.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 9:30 to 10:15am at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Road, Whiting. A funeral service will be held at 10:15am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Brigadier General Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ
