Sitting in your backyard, surrounded by family and a warm fire listening to you tell story after story of all the crazy things you did with your son ❤️ Really brought those memories back to life and allowed us to experience the laughter as if we had been there!

Ray was a great guy, would do anything for you. Too many good times to remember. Loved playing pool and drinking bottles of Budweiser with him, many nights at the Lyons Den. Rest in peace my friend.

First time I met Ray - I was 25- I was able to meet him through Bill Steele - He made me feel like family - When Bill's father died. I immediately felt as I belonged to the family -
Uncle Ray was what I called him and now I say goodbye - for a short time . Until it's my time - but for now - the memories I have of Uncle Ray will stay with me for a lifetime -

Ray you were an amazing man. I feel so lucky to have known you. We shared so many memories in life a lot of good times some bad times and some very sad times and through it all you never wavered. You were always level no matter what you were feeling. You and Judy shared a love like no other, she was the happiest whenever you were around.
I feel blessed to have been able to be with you and help you in your last couple of days, I will cherish those memories for the rest of my life..the "hey hey hey" and "are you following me" and so many more, after all we were up all night.
I love you my friend always and forever... Debbie
