I am sorry you left us, however, I also know that you were in physical pain and stripped of your freedom, to me is horrible. You are now not alone and free to move about without being physically confined. Give your wife a hug from me and say "HI" to your whole family, including my mom and dad. May the peace of the Lord be with you.

Hi Dad. Its only been a couple of days since your passing and I miss talking to you and hearing your voice. If I could find a way to keep all my loved ones here, I would, but that isn't how it works. But I asked you for a sign that you have crossed the finish line and you have. Thank you for letting me know you are safe and at rest. I know this life on earth has not been all that we think it should have been, but I choose to remember the good times and learn from the not so good days. Knowing that while life here ends and an eternity begins with God above and knowing that there is forgiveness for those who ask, I am assured that no matter the circumstances, I will some day cross the finish line too and be with those I miss and love. Say hi to Mom for me. I love you. Love, Donna
