Whiting - Wilbur Lennon Sellers peacefully passed away on February 2, 2013 at Angelica Place in Romeo, Michigan. He was 89.
Born in Wavery, Virginia, he was a resident of Metuchen and Whiting.
He served in the U.S Coast Guard during WW II in Sea Operations Asiatic Pacific Theater.
Mr Sellers graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a degree in chemical engineering. He then worked at National Lead Company for 30 years.
He is predeceased by his wife Elizabeth Carson Sellers.
Surviving is a son Wendell Sellers of Woodbridge and a daughter Karen Sellers Pelham of Romeo, Michigan.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 11:00 am to 1:00pm at the Anderson & campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Road, Whiting. For further information or to send an online condolence, please visit: www.andersonandcampbellwhiting.com.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Brigadier Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown.

Dear Karen, Wendell and Families,
Uncle Wilbur will be missed greatly! Have so many good memories of him and your mom. I can still hear him say Hi young lady. He called me that all the time even when I called him in the nursing home. Our prayers are with you and your family.
