Mom was always the life and the light of any gathering

I knew Betty for only the last year of her life. She was so full of joie de vivre it was contagious. I wish I'd had more time with her. What an amazing, lovely woman.

I only met  Betty a few times, but she had a way of making everyone feel special.  She loved and accepted people exactly the way they were.  Funny and witty, she was a joy to spend time with.

My memory of the first time I saw Betty was in the beauty shop here at Rolling Meadows.  Then about three or four of us were interested in getting a book club established here, but not enough were interested. I suggested to Betty that we could go to the Archer City book club.  I was glad to have someone to ride with me and she always commented on how much she enjoyed the drive to and from AC.  We had some interesting conversations in our rides.  We would visit each other in our apartments too, so I felt she was one of the best friends I've made at R.M. and I already miss her greatly.  

Betty was in my book club. She always had a smile even if she didn't care for the book. But it was her wisdom and common sense that that I came to love and appreciate. She will be so missed at our discussions.

Betty was a delight! I cannot put into words how profoundly I miss her. She was one in a million and I am a better person for having known her. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I was one of Mrs. Campbell’s caregivers at Rolling Meadows for the last year. She touched my heart and filled it with light. Every morning she would tell me “There’s my ray of sunshine!” She will be greatly missed. My condolences are sent to the family with love and care.
