Billy was born on September 4, 1933 to Charles “Colie” and Lillie Deal in Comanche, Oklahoma. He worked at the 77 Ranch, the oil field; testing oil field pipe. And finally for Wichita Falls Country Club for 21 years as a grounds keeper.
Billy is preceded in death by: his parents; Charles and Lillie, sisters; Rosa Lee Jones, and Imogene Paty.
He is survived by: wife; Cynthia Deal, children; Stacey and husband Rusty Nix, Amy and husband Brian Rush, grandchildren; Coel, Grayson, and Olivia Nix, Landrie and Henley Rush, siblings and their spouses; Lorene (Woodrow) Waddell, Mildred (Bill) Myers, Charles “Junior” (Norma) Deal, Johnny (Nellie) Deal, Russell Deal, and multiple nieces and nephews.
