Funeral Services will be at 3:00 PM on Monday, October 7, 2013 in the chapel of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home with Harvey McMurry officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Angels at Crestview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 4:00 in the afternoon on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at the funeral home.
Charles was born February 9, 1937 in Long Island, New York to Charles and Anna (Schnaars) Grieb. He met and married Mary (Russell) on August 12, 1977 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Charles was in the Air Force as a Staff Sargent and served in in both the Korea and Viet Nam Wars and retired after 21 years in the service. He then worked in security for several companies until his final retirement.
Charles is preceded in death by his parent and one brother Billy Grieb.
He is survived by his wife Mary, children; Michele DelaRosa, Kimberly Grieb, Cheryl Grieb and Stephen Grieb, sisters; Marie O’Leary, Judy Trisciuzzi, Barbara Richards and husband George and Sandra Raqonnet, brothers; Kenneth and wife Pat Grieb, Donald Grieb and Lee Grieb, 7 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.
