Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 in the Cross West Garden at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction if Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home.
Mrs. Stout was born December 4, 1929 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a Social Worker for the Texas Department of Human Services of Wichita Falls until her retirement in 1990. She attended the Academy of Mary Immaculate and Midwestern University in Wichita Falls.
Louise is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Eugene Stout in 1992.
She is survived by her daughter; Cathy Armstrong and husband Mitchell, granddaughters; Catherine Michelle Nurmi and Melissa Louise Poston and 4 great-grandchildren.
