Evelyn was born October 2, 1933 in Brackettville, Texas. She married James Milbern Sr. in 1952 and remained married until his passing in 2005. She enjoyed working at Luby's and the school cafeteria. She loved painting ceramics, crocheting, sewing, and cooking. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents; her husband James Milbern Sr.; daughter Joyce; sons James (Jimmy) Jr. and Albert; and great-granddaughter Hope.
Evelyn is survived by her son Alan Milbern and wife Deborah of Wichita Falls, Texas; daughter Lois Turkett and husband Alvin of Vernon, Texas; daughter-in-law Cherry Milbern of Wichita Falls, Texas; grandkids Eric, Summer, Melissa, Robert, Kassey, Dallas, and Skye; and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
