Franklin Carter Vallier

Franklin C. “Lin” Vallier passed away Friday, January 7, 2011 in Wichita Falls. Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at the Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Nichols and Rev. Bobby Gonzales officiating. Graveside Services will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home.

Lin was born November 30, 1951 in Vernon, TX to Jack and Joyce (Key) Vallier. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Lin attended Freedom Baptist Church in Wichita Falls and was, at one time, a member of the American Legion. He is preceded in death by his father.

Surviving relatives include his mother, Joyce Vallier; one son, Cliff Vallier; one sister, Charlotte Harrison and her husband, David; all of Wichita Falls; three brothers, Stan and Christopher both of Wichita Falls and Wayne and his wife, Carla of Lake Arrowhead; two grandchildren, Adrian and Alana; one niece, Courtney Shepler of Wichita Falls; one nephew, Les Bowman, also of Wichita Falls; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be from 6 PM to 8 PM at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 11, 2011. Memorials may be made to www.savealifeoftexas.com
