Mrs. Powell was born February 11, 1945 in Sulphur Springs, TX to Hubert and Nelle Mae Holdiness. She married Douglas Powell in Wichita Falls, TX on April 20, 1963. She was a housewife and a mother.
Survivors include, her husband Douglas Powell; 2 children, Sheri Lozipone and husband Ralph, Dee Conley and husband Lloyd; grandchildren, A.J. Powell and wife Brittany, Daniel Klasson and Heather Lett and husband Joe; four great-grandchildren, Liam, Lachlam, Gloria Rose, and Sophia. Preceded in death by her parents.
