With deep sorrow, the family of Gonzalo Gómez Briseño announces his passing. Born on March 6, 1954, in Yurécuaro, Michoacán, México, Gonzalo departed this life on November 4th, 2025, at the age of 71. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by his three loving children.

Gonzalo was a man of great strength, humility, and devotion. A hardworking, loving, and caring father, he dedicated his life to providing for his children and setting an example of perseverance, kindness, and faith. As a single father, he raised his children with unconditional love and guided them through every step of life. His warm smile, gentle heart, and unwavering work ethic will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew him.

He found joy in his faith and loved attending church. He had a deep passion for music and enjoyed playing the guitar, bass, and keyboard, both at church and at home, where music often filled the room with peace and happiness.

He lived with gratitude and love, always trusting in God’s plan. His family takes comfort in knowing that he now rests in eternal peace, reunited with the Lord, his daughter Ana Gómez—who passed away at the age of 19 in 1995—and his parents.

Gonzalo is survived by his three children: Gonzalo Gómez Martínez, Marisol Gómez Martínez, and Rocío Gómez Martínez, as well as his six grandchildren, with a great-grandchild on the way.

Gonzalo will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the love he gave and the legacy he leaves behind.
