Howard Dale Blevins, 77, of Wichita Falls, TX passed away Monday November 16, 2020 in Wichita Falls, TX.

Memorial Service will be held at 11 A.M., Friday November 20, 2020 at Hampton Vaughan Chapel.

Mr. Blevins was born January 12, 1943 in Fox, Oklahoma to Hollis and Marie (Mayes) Blevins. Mr. Blevins married Joyce Phillips on January 14, 1971. He was retired from PPG and was a member of the Heritage Church in Wichita. Mr. Blevins served his Country in the US Army.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Blevins; two daughters, Stacey Blevins, and Misty Blevins; 3 grandchildren, Shelby Harrison, Cierra Blevins, Bailey Harrison; one great grandchild, Paisley Ann Fields, and one great grandchild on the way Aiden Dale Fields; sister-in-law, Merry Blevins; nephew, Doug Blevins; Numerous Cousins.

Preceded in death by parents; brother, Tom Blevins.
