Jeannett Kaufhold

Treva Jeannett (Harper) Kaufhold 89, passed away peacefully on August 24,2025. Born on May 21,1936 in Wichita Falls, Jeannett dedicated her life to creating a warm and nurturing home for her husband of 62 years, Jerry and their three children; Vicky Lynn, Joe Dean, and Kathryn Anne.

Jeannett was an inspiration and role model for her children. She made childhood a delight to her kids with her smiles, gentle nature, and warm hearted gestures. She instilled strong values as well by always living her life as an example of a strong Christian woman. Someone her children were blessed to have and be proud of. She and Jerry were always there for the countless life activities of their children, grand-children and great-grandchildren. Her laughter and steadfast love will be sorely missed but ever-present in our hearts. She was the rock of her family as well as the joy.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jerry, and cherished son Joe. She is survived by her daughters Vicky and Kathy, five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

For many years Kathy and her son Clayton were true heroes to Mom by helping her live comfortably with dignity. Forever grateful. The family wishes to express their deepest gratitude for the compassionate care provided to Mom by Helping Hands Hospice.

A visitation for Jeannett will be held Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home, 1917 Archer City Hwy. Wichita Falls, Texas. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Memorial Park, 1917 Archer City Hwy. Wichita Falls, Texas.
