Graveside service will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Memorial Park. Service are under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home with pastor of Thornberry Baptist Church, Ronnie Lawson officiating.

Jeff was born May 21, 1973 in Dallas, Tx to Charles R Dodd and Patty Patterson Dodd Skinner. Jeff lived almost his entire life in Wichita Falls, Tx. Jeff worked for 37 years as a mechanic at a auto repair shop in Wichita Falls, Tx.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Charles R Dodd, aunt, Letricia Howe and grandparents.

Jeff lived his life with joy and wanted to share that with everyone he was around. He loved his dog, outlaw sprint car racing, motorcycles, basically anything that went fast. He loved his family and friends with all his heart. He was a ray of sunshine and happiness.

Survivors include his mother, Patty Dodd Skinner and husband James Skinner of Iowa Park, Tx, and sister, Laura Dodd Joss and husband Larry Otsby, niece, Abby Dodd and husband Andrew Johnson and their children, Willow Rhodes and Creek Dodd of Henrietta, Tx. Nephews, Landon Dodd and wife Trinity Dodd of Lubbock, Tx and Jackson Joss of Henrietta, Tx. Aunt, Sharon Hannell of Iowa, step-sister, Ginger Gilmore and husband Guy of Wichita Falls, Tx, and step-brother, Jeff Skinner and wife Samantha Mayfield of Iowa Park, Tx. Many other cousins, nieces, nephews and so many dear friends.
