Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 12, 2014 in the Mausoleum Chapel at Crestview Memorial Park. Visitation will be 1 hour before the service in the Mausoleum Chapel.
John was born January 29, 1954 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Arthur and Theresa (Greene) Jurgensen. He graduated from Hirschi High School in Wichita Falls. John was an Eagle Scout, a member of the CB Radio Club and was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorn fan. John loved to play in pool tournaments and work jigsaw puzzles. He was an employee of Walmart.
John is preceded in death by his father, Arthur and his brother, James.
He is survived by his mother, Theresa, son, Jason Jurgesen of Wichita Falls, sisters, Judy Keesee and husband Tommy of Wichita Falls and Carla Barnett and husband Kimett of Sanger, step-son, Jon Overfield of Wichita Falls, numerous nieces and nephews and beloved dog, Harley.
