

Juanita Jean (Ballard) Barlow, 88, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2011 in Wichita Falls. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at the Crestview Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. John Dillard officiating.
Entombment will follow under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home.
Juanita was born to Sam and Jean Ballard in Lamar County, Texas on March 27, 1921 and was raised in Archer County. She graduated from Archer City High School. Her beloved husband of 59 years, Fred Barlow, preceded her in death on January 9, 2001. After his retirement from the United States Air Force, they returned to Wichita Falls in 1968. She retired from Civil Service in 1981 at Sheppard Air Force Base. She enjoyed numerous hobbies including stain glass, ceramics and needle work. She also was active in her church circles and volunteering at church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Barlow, her parents, Sam and Jean Ballard, and brother, Sammy Ballard.
Survivors are her daughter, Sherry Barlow Bhalli and her husband, Max Bhalli of Huntsville, TX; her son, Fred T. Barlow, Jr. and his wife, Irene of Round Rock, TX; two granddaughters, Joanne Barlow of Round Rock, TX and Shelly Barlow Justice, and her husband Paul of Georgetown, TX; and three great grandchildren, Nye, Grace, and Dean Justice all of Georgetown, TX; one sister, Gweneth Trigg of Archer City and one brother, Thomas Ballard of Houston, TX.
Visitation will be held from 1 PM to 2 PM on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at the Mausoleum Chapel.
