Kenneth Malone

Kenneth Malone, 85 of Wichita Falls, Texas passed away on March 2, 2023 in Wichita Falls. Ken was born on June 8, 1937 in Rush Springs Oklahoma to Hansom & Maurine Malone. The family of 5 moved to Wichita Falls, Texas in 1946.

Ken graduated from Wichita Falls High in 1955. During his high school years, Ken got involved with drag racing and won the national drag racing championship in his Chevrolet Cameo pickup.

His first job was with Wichita Falls Poultry & Egg Company. For a brief period of time he lived

in California. In 1963 Ken married Polly Perkins of Archer City, Texas. On November 24, 1973 Ken dedicated his life to Jehovah God becoming a Christian as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Ken loved to teach people about God's Word, the Bible.

Ken was involved in various jobs throughout his life including working for the family business and Amway. He also owed several pet stores for many years in Wichita Falls. He & Polly loved the mountains and lived in Colorado several times throughout their marriage eventually returning back to Wichita Falls.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hansom & Maurine Malone. Survived by his wife, Polly of 59 years, of Wichita Falls. Two children, Kevin Malone of Snoquaimie ,Washington and Sheila Malone of Colorado Springs, Colorado, two brothers, Ron Malone & wife Sheila of New Port Beach, California and Phillip Malone & wife Judy of Wichita Falls. Six grandchildren, Bradley Malone, Ian Malone and Brenda Malone of Washington. Michael Wiggins of Colorado Springs, Brian & wife Heidi Wiggins of Star Valley, Arizona. Stephanie Gruenwald of Colorado Springs , a number of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many beloved friends .

Family visitation will be held at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home on Monday, March 6, at 6:30pm and Funeral Services will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses located at 1400 Archer City Hwy., Wichita Falls, Texas Wednesday, March 6, 2023, at 2:00 pm. He will be missed by all.
