Pamela Foster, 64, of Electra, Texas, passed away on October 21, 2026. Born on June 9, 1962, Pamela was the daughter of Bobbie Jean Worton. After spending her childhood in Colorado, she spent most of her life in Electra, where she became a familiar and valued presence to many.
Throughout her working life, Pamela was known for her steady dedication and the honest pride she took in doing things well. She served as a CNA for more than 10 years, then brought warmth and care to others as a fabulous cook at the Whistle Stop for several years, and in her final years of employment worked as a housekeeper for the Electra Hospital District. In each role, she was hard-working and thoughtful, offering the kind of dependable service that quietly strengthens a community.
Pamela was a devoted and nurturing mother to her three daughters, Brandi, Tabitha, and Jessica. Her loyalty and kind-hearted spirit were felt most deeply at home, where she was always there for her girls—steadfast, generous, and brave in the everyday ways that matter most.
She found joy in the simple, meaningful rhythms of life: cooking, gardening, spending time outdoors, and sharing companionship with her beloved dog, Ziggy. She also enjoyed taking trips to the casino, looked forward to Bingo at the Senior Citizens, and cherished the fellowship of her church family.
Pamela was a member of First Assembly of God Church of Electra and gave of herself through delivering Meals on Wheels—an expression of her generous nature and her respect for others’ dignity. Her life reflected a spirit of care that extended beyond her own family, shaped by quiet courage and a willingness to show up for people in practical, lasting ways.
Pamela was preceded in death by her husband, Billie Foster, and her beloved dog, Ziggy.
She is survived by her three daughters, Brandi Brown, Tabitha Hanson, and Jessica Fulfer; seven grandchildren, Andrew, Alyssa, Aubrey, Jacob, Haven, Travis, and Epic; and three great-granddaughters, Elizabeth, Natalie, and Lilianna.
The family would like to thank the community of Electra for the kindness and support shown throughout this time.
